What exactly do you guys do?

We buy your home at an agreed-upon cash price, with no hidden fees or surprises. We close on the day of your choice, take care of repairs, and save you the standard real estate commissions and closing costs you typically pay when you sell a home. The mission of our company is to “love our neighbor as ourselves.” One of the ways we can love and serve people is by providing an easier and stress-free solution for people who want to sell their home.

What's the difference between selling to you guys and listing with a Realtor?

Realtors are great (James #2 is a realtor!) and they can try to help you get top dollar for your home. But they come with a price tag. A realtor can’t guarantee you a price upfront—you never know how much you will actually get for your home. Then, you have to pay the realtor a commission, usually 5-6% of your sales price, in addition to closing costs. Listing your home with a realtor often takes months to sell, and during that time, you have to deal with the hassle of many people coming in & out of your home for Open Houses and drop-by viewings. When your house is sold by a realtor, you are advised to pack up and store as many of your personal items as possible, and update with fresh paint, flooring, or fixtures. And then, once you accept a buyer’s offer, they usually give you a list of concessions—things they want repaired or money back for. Sometimes buyers fall out of escrow late in the process and then you have to start all over again. All this can add a lot of stress to the home selling process, and you often end up with significantly less money than you hoped for.

Selling your house to us will look like a lower offer up front, but the price we agree to is the price you’ll end up with. No hidden fees. And no extra work. That’s it. We agree on a price, agree on a closing date, sign a contract, and then you’re done.

What's the difference between you guys and all the other people calling and texting me to sell my house?

We care more about the relationship than the deal & we will prove that to you. We want to help you find the best option for you, even if it’s not us. We can give you examples of people we worked with who didn’t end up selling to us but who we were able to help connect with their best option. Our desire is to meet you, establish a friendship, understand your situation, and help you figure out what’s best for YOU!

Have you bought many homes?

Do you just buy rundown homes really cheap? Because that’s not my home.

No, we buy all kinds of homes in all kinds of conditions. While we do buy homes in bad shape, we also love purchasing homes that are “move-in ready.” We are a real estate solutions company, so often we can offer you several different options to consider.

Is there someone I can call to make sure you guys are reputable buyers?

Absolutely. We will gladly connect you with the escrow company which closes many of our deals and you can speak with one of the escrow officers we work with.
